Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
  3. Prepare cake mix as directed on the package, stirring in 1 teaspoon of mint extract into the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake as directed on the cake mix package.
  6. Cool the cake for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool completely.
  7. Cut the cooled cake crosswise into halves.
