Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 oz. package red jello or any flavor
  • 1 lb. container cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple thoroughly.
  2. Add the flavored jello to the drained pineapple and mix well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple and jello mixture with cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
  4. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
  5. Place in the refrigerator and chill before serving. Salad keeps well for about 1 week.
