Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. can cranberry sauce (jellied)
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Cream together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in the mayonnaise.
  3. Fold in the cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, and chopped nuts.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9-inch pan and freeze until firm.
  6. To make a larger batch, double the recipe and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan before freezing.
