Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 pie shell (unbaked)

Instructions

  1. Place chopped rhubarb in the unbaked pie shell.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, flour, sugar, and milk together until well combined.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the rhubarb in the pie shell.
