Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. dried onions
  • 1 can (18 oz.) tomatoes, cut in small pieces and juice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz.) mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and strain off the fat.
  2. Add all ingredients to the skillet, mix well, and cook on medium heat for the first 15 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 25 to 30 minutes until flavors meld.
