Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, eggs, salt, and water together to form a dough.
  2. Roll the dough out thin on a floured surface.
  3. Cut out medium-sized circles from the dough.
  4. Spoon your desired filling into the center of each circle.
  5. Pinch the edges together to seal the dumplings.
  6. Place the filled dumplings in boiling water and cook for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Remove the dumplings and fry in a skillet with butter and chopped onions until golden and crispy before serving.
