Ingredients

  • 1 lb. carrots
  • salt
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the carrots.
  2. Place the carrots in a shallow 1-quart baking dish.
  3. Add salt, water, butter, and oregano to the dish.
  4. Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
