Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/8 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 2 loaf pans and dust with a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon to taste.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, instant pistachio pudding, eggs, oil, sour cream, chopped nuts, and water.
  3. Mix all ingredients with a spoon until just combined (no mixer needed).
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans.
  5. Sprinkle any leftover mixture on top of the loaves if desired.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  7. Allow the loaves to cool, then wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight to enhance flavor.
