Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat well with a mixer until well blended.
  3. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
