Ingredients

  • chicken, cut into pieces and skin removed
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken pieces in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
  2. Mix tomato paste, tomato soup, mushroom pieces, onion salt, garlic salt, and oregano together and generously spoon over the chicken.
  3. Microwave on High for 20 to 22 minutes, rotating the dish 1/2 turn after 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  5. Microwave for an additional 2 to 4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
