Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 package (1 3/4 oz.) pepperoni
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray an 8-inch round cake pan with nonstick spray.
  3. Unroll the refrigerated pizza crust and form a 14 x 10-inch rectangle.
  4. Place the dough in the sprayed pan, allowing it to extend evenly over the sides. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  6. Spread pizza sauce over the cheese layer.
  7. Top with pepperoni slices and the remaining Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Cut 2-inch slits at each corner of the dough.
  9. Bring all the ends of the dough at the center together.
  10. Twist the dough to secure the top of the pizza.
  11. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  12. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
