Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lb. turkey burger
  • 1/2 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 qt. hot salsa

Instructions

  1. Fry the turkey burger, hot sausage, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper in butter until cooked.
  2. Add cumin, Louisiana hot sauce, Tabasco, and hot salsa. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
  3. Add V-8 juice to the mixture.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and add pasta.
  5. Cook until the pasta is just tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
