- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Heat oil in a pan and brown ground meat for 5 mins. Add garlic and onion and cook for 5 mins. Add tomatoes and season. Set aside to cool slightly.
- On a lightly floured work surface, roll out pizza dough until 22 inches long. Sprinkle with cheese, arugula and ground beef mixture. Roll up from long side, twist into a ring and press ends together. Place on prepared pan and slash diagonally several times across the top. Bake for 20-25 mins, until browned.
