Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can sliced stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into serving size pieces and brown in 1 tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add all ingredients to the pan and cook covered for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  3. Uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally during cooking.
