Tips & Substitutions

For a lighter dough, consider using '00' flour instead of bread flour. If you want a bit more flavor in the sauce, adding a splash of balsamic vinegar can enhance the taste. You can also substitute fresh basil with oregano or parsley if basil is unavailable. To save time, you can prepare the sauce ahead of time and let it cool before serving.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the pizzette hot with the tomato sauce on the side for dipping. They pair wonderfully with a fresh salad, such as a Pasta, Pepper And Broccoli Salad, or a light antipasto platter. Garnishing with extra basil or a drizzle of Carm'S Italian Dressing can elevate the presentation.

Storage & Reheating

Leftover pizzette can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place them in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes to regain their crispiness. Avoid microwaving, as it may make them soggy.
