Plantation Crunch is a sweet, salty, crunchy treat combining rice cereal, pretzels, and peanuts, coated in melted almond bark and peanut butter — perfect for snacking or parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 c. chopped and broken pretzels
  • 1 c. chopped peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 pkg. almond bark

Instructions

  1. Melt almond bark and peanut butter together.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: Rice Krispies, chopped pretzels, and chopped peanuts.
  3. Pour the melted almond bark and peanut butter mixture over the dry mixture.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture onto waxed paper and cool by placing in the freezer for a few minutes.
  6. Once cooled, break into bite-sized pieces and serve.
