- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Grease a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Combine butter, flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl; mix until smooth.
- Stir in eggs.
- Stir in corn and milk.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
- Place the dish in a larger baking pan and pour boiling water into the larger pan halfway up the sides of the dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes; stir the pudding.
