Instructions
- Let the bread thaw completely.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Melt butter or margarine.
- Grease an angel food cake pan.
- Pinch off small pieces of dough the size of walnuts.
- Roll each piece in melted butter, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Layer the dough balls in the prepared pan, sprinkling chopped walnuts over each layer.
- Pour the remaining melted butter and sugar mixture over the layered dough.
- Let the cake rise until doubled in size.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45 minutes.
- Turn the cake onto a plate and let it cool with the pan over it.
