Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 jars plum baby food
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 cup Wesson oil
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the plum baby food, cinnamon, and allspice to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour in the Wesson oil and mix thoroughly.
  5. Gradually add the self-rising flour, folding gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the nuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
  10. Glaze with powdered sugar mixed with milk before serving.
