Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Polish sausage
  • 8 potatoes
  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 large onions
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut Polish sausage into desired lengths.
  2. Cut potatoes into quarters.
  3. Slice cabbage, green peppers, and onions.
  4. Put oil and water into a large saucepan.
  5. Add all ingredients to the saucepan.
  6. Cook over medium-low heat until everything is well done.
