Ingredients

  • 5 to 7 potatoes
  • 1 1/2 or 2 lb. chorizo
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Put oil in a pan.
  2. Add potatoes and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until they are cooked.
  3. Add onion and chorizo and cook for a few minutes.
