Ingredients

  • 2 c. grated potatoes
  • 1 grated apple
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine grated potatoes, grated apple, chopped onion, beaten eggs, flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Heat corn oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the hot pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
