Ingredients

  • 1 gallon whole small potatoes
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 large bottle buttermilk sour cream salad dressing
  • dried parsley flakes
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat potatoes in juice, then drain.
  2. Sauté onions in oleo.
  3. Add sautéed onions to potatoes.
  4. Pour in salad dressing and stir with a rubber spatula.
  5. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle with dried parsley flakes.
