Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except sour cream in a skillet. Cover tightly.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes or until cabbage is crisp-tender. Stir in sour cream and heat through.
