Ingredients

  • Leftover ham
  • 2 small green peppers, cut in strips
  • 1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown leftover ham in butter.
  2. Add green peppers and pineapple tidbits with juice.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
