Ingredients

  • 3 to 3 1/2 lb. pork loin end roast
  • 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade

Instructions

  1. Place the pork loin end roast in a roaster.
  2. Combine nutmeg, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the meat evenly.
  4. Cover the roaster and roast at 325°F for 2 hours.
