Ingredients

  • 3 carrots, grated
  • 1 gal. cabbage, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pt. prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Bring ingredients to boil and simmer 20 minutes.
  2. Pack in hot jars and seal.
