Ingredients

  • 6 qt. popcorn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Instructions

  1. Boil all ingredients except soda and popcorn for 6 minutes.
  2. Take off heat and add soda to the mixture.
  3. Pour the caramel sauce over popcorn and mix well.
  4. Grease a baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  5. Spread coated popcorn into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 225°F (107°C) for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
