Popeye Patties
Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry ⓘ
- 34 cup cottage cheese ⓘ
- 12 cup corn flakes, crushed (or grain, flakes) ⓘ
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 14 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon ketchup ⓘ
- 2 eggs, beaten ⓘ
- 14 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 18 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons olive oil ⓘ
- 12 cup cheese, grated ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except oil and cheese in a medium mixing bowl.
- Using about 1/3 cup, shape mixture into 6 patties.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil; cook patties about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Top with cheese of your choice.
