Ingredients

  • 3 Medium Apples
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Chop apples and spread evenly in a greased 10-inch pie plate.
  2. Beat eggs on high speed until foamy.
  3. Add flour, sugar, milk, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon to the eggs.
  4. Beat on low speed until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the apples.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 minutes until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  7. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
