Ingredients

  • 12 ounces lean boneless pork
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (11 1/2 ounce) can bean with bacon soup
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Cut pork in bite size strips and fry in oil until brown. Stir in water, soup, carrots, worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 15 minutes.
