Ingredients

  • pork tenderloins (about 1/2 lb. per person)
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend together sherry, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. Marinate pork tenderloins in the mixture for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  4. Bake the marinated pork tenderloins for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Baste the pork every 20 minutes during baking.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
