Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 cans chicken gumbo soup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small can peas and carrots (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes lengthwise and place them in a baking dish.
  2. Season the pork chops and layer them on top of the potatoes.
  3. Slice onions and place them over the pork chops.
  4. Pour 2 cans of chicken gumbo soup over the layered ingredients.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour.
