Ingredients

  • 8 center cut pork chops without bones
  • 10 potatoes
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 3 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 tsp pepper
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 3 large onions

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes and onions thinly.
  2. Place pork chops in the bottom of a large casserole pan.
  3. Layer sliced potatoes and onions over the pork chops.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
  5. Pour tomato juice over all the ingredients to cover.
  6. Cover the casserole and bake at 350°F until potatoes are tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
