Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 uncooked pork chops
  • 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small package Tater Tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the cream of chicken or mushroom soup with a small amount of water and pour over the pork chops.
  3. Top the pork chops with the Tater Tots.
  4. Bake at 300°F for 35 to 45 minutes.
  5. During the last 3 to 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the Tater Tots and return to the oven until melted.
