Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops in fat in a pressure saucepan.
  2. Remove the pork chops from the pan.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and uncooked rice to the pan.
  4. Lay the pork chops over the rice mixture.
  5. Cover the pressure saucepan and bring to 15 pounds pressure.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes under pressure.
