Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 c. soft bread cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops in vegetable oil.
  2. Place the browned chops in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Lightly mix bread cubes, chopped onion, melted butter, water, and poultry seasoning to make the stuffing.
  4. Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop.
  5. Blend the cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup water.
  6. Pour the soup mixture over the stuffing and pork chops.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until the pork chops are tender.
