Hearty pork chops baked with potatoes, green beans, and melty cheese create a comforting, flavorful meal perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 onion, sliced
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 3 slices cheese, broken
  • garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Reserve 4 tablespoons of mushroom soup.
  2. Combine the remaining mushroom soup and milk in a bowl.
  3. Add sliced potatoes, onion, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Dot the top with broken cheese slices.
  6. Add drained green beans over the cheese.
  7. Place pork chops on top of the mixture.
  8. Spread the reserved mushroom soup over the pork chops.
  9. Sprinkle garlic salt over the dish.
  10. Cover with foil and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  11. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
