Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Season and brown the pork chops on the top of the stove.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle rice evenly in the prepared pan.
  4. Pour orange juice over the rice.
  5. Place the browned pork chops on top of the rice and orange juice.
  6. Pour well-salted chicken stock over the pork chops.
  7. Cover the pan with foil and bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
