Ingredients

  • chicken legs and thighs
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer in a large baking dish: chicken legs and thighs, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, canned tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
  2. Pour in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and spices.
  3. Bake at 375°F, uncovered, for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice.
