Ingredients
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup ⓘ
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup ⓘ
- 2 c. sour cream ⓘ
- 3/4 c. chicken broth ⓘ
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper ⓘ
- 6 boneless chicken breast halves ⓘ
- cooked noodles or rice ⓘ
- chopped parsley ⓘ
Instructions
- In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, garlic powder, salt, poultry seasoning, and black pepper.
- Arrange the chicken breasts on top of the sauce mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour or until the chicken is tender.
- Serve the chicken and sauce over cooked noodles or rice.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
