Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Pare and slice 4 medium potatoes.
  2. Place the sliced potatoes in a medium-sized casserole dish.
  3. Season the potatoes lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
  5. Fry the pork chops until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
  6. Arrange the cooked pork chops over the sliced potatoes in the casserole dish.
  7. Pour the soup and milk mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour until the casserole is bubbly and cooked through.
