Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 pork chops
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 c. beef bouillon

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and garlic salt and dredge pork chops.
  2. Brown the pork chops in a skillet.
  3. Place the browned pork chops in a bake pan.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika and basil.
  5. Add beef bouillon to the pan.
  6. Cover tightly with foil or a lid.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
