Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub potatoes, but do not peel.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Place butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan and melt in the oven at 400°F.
  4. Add potato cubes to the melted butter and spoon butter over to coat thoroughly.
  5. Sprinkle liberally with seasoned salt, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden and crispy.
