Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Slice the potatoes and onion.
  2. In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer the sliced potatoes, then add a layer of sliced onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Repeat the layering with remaining potatoes and onions, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the can of cream of chicken soup evenly on top of the layered vegetables and smooth out.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of water over the top.
  6. Cover the dish and microwave on High for 25 minutes.
