Ingredients

  • 6 cups frozen hash browns
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 cans cream chicken soup
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the frozen hash browns, sour cream, and cream chicken soup in a large bowl.
  3. Spread half of the mixture in a greased pan.
  4. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated Cheddar cheese over the layer.
  5. Repeat with the remaining hash brown mixture and top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  6. Bake for 1 hour until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
