Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup potato chips

Instructions

  1. Sift flour and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles crumbs.
  3. Add beaten eggs and granulated sugar; mix well.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and potato chips.
  5. Drop teaspoonfuls of batter onto a cookie sheet, 1/2 inch apart.
  6. Pat each cookie very thin with the back of a spoon.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
