- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats ⓘ
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar ⓘ
- 1/4 cup firm margarine or butter ⓘ
- 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin ⓘ
- 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk ⓘ
- 2 eggs ⓘ
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans ⓘ
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix baking mix, oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup margarine until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch rectangular baking pan.
