Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup firm margarine or butter
  • 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
  • 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix baking mix, oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup margarine until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch rectangular baking pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool slightly.
