Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Mix margarine until softened.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
  3. Gradually add flour and crushed potato chips.
  4. Beat until well mixed.
  5. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork dipped in sugar.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
  7. Cool and munch away!
