Ingredients

  • cheddar cheese
  • margarine
  • paprika
  • potato chips
  • baking potatoes
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Melt 6 tablespoons of margarine in a two-quart Pyrex dish at 375°F (190°C).
  2. Add potatoes and turn once in the melted butter.
  3. Mix cheddar cheese, paprika, salt, and crushed potato chips, then sprinkle over the potatoes.
  4. Drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of melted margarine.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 45 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is crisp.
